Norwegian Chef Wins Bocuse d’Or 2015
In January, Norway chef Ørjan Johannessen won the world’s most prestigious food competition, Bocuse d’Or, in Lyon, France. The contest, created by Paul Bocuse in 1987, rewards the best chef among 24 international candidates.
