Job Description:

As our Product Manager, you will shape our product strategy for the future. You will partner with professionals eager to leverage your knowledge and skills. You will be a part of a team of individuals transforming a 130-year-old institution into the fastest growing fraternal in the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive our product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Be the go-to expert on existing product lines including coverage and values, pricing, underwriting and compliance
  • Conduct industry research on new products including market analysis, benchmarking, and pricing, keeping product viability at your core
  • Drive product initiatives from conception to administration
  • Hands on pricing and model building
  • Monitor product performance
  • Partner with and advise multiple teams including operations, compliance, actuarial, analytics, claims, legal and distribution
  • Represent our product lines to external partners including reinsurers, agencies, and leadership
  • Help build a culture of innovation

What we need:

  • 5+ years life and annuity insurance carrier or insurance focused consulting experience
  • BA/BS in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Demonstrated success influencing others to achieve desired results
  • Hands on experience with insurance product management and/or insurance administration systems
