Due 03/15/2022 to Son of Norway Headquarters:
Lodge Achievement
This encompasses the Lodge Achievement, Family Lodge of the Year, and the AFA Year End Report forms which are traditionally completed by Lodge Secretaries. They can be filled out online via your profile page or accessed in the forms section on sofn.com.
D17 Lodge Financial Statement
This is the year-end lodge financial report which is filled out by the Lodge Treasurer and signed by the Lodge President and the Chief Auditor. It can be completed online from the from the profile page. Watch this video to learn more.

D18 Building Association Financial Statement
The year-end financial report for the Lodge Property Association. It can also be accessed from the Lodge Treasurer’s profile page. The PDF version is in the same forms section on sofn.com.
Due 05/15/2022 to the IRS (US Lodges Only):
990 Form
Most lodges can just complete the 990N postcard online on the IRS website. Lodges with an average income of over $50,000 or more will need to complete a 990E or 990 form.
