Years ago the Norwegian homemaker stacked rocks on
top of the flatbread pile to prevent the mice from gnawing
their way through.
Combine ingredients, adding just enough white flour
to make dough workable, but not sticky. Roll out into
rounds using grooved rolling pin and a pastry cloth.
Cut into pieces and bake on cookie sheet in a 350 degrees
(175 degrees C) oven for about 8 minutes or until crisp.
