Mix butter and flour
until crumbly. Add ground almonds, egg, and sugar. Work
ingredients together with your hands. Let dough rest for
an hour in the refrigerator. Press into sandkake forms.
Bake at 350º F for 10-15 minutes. Let cookies cool slightly
before you remove them from the forms.
